The Federal Colonies, BAMF, Comintern, INNAWDS, Sealion League, Brotherhood of Nod, SPQR, The Oda Clan, RAAAAAHHHH, UFN, The Dark Brotherhood, Executive Outcomes, Afro-Eurasian Union, The Reagan Doctrine, Ava-Fascist League, The Cartel, and the Non-Aligned Movement. While not yet involved in any alliance wars or officially part of a power sect, the NLR remains in >bloc with their many ODPs. The alliance soon came back in >BLOC 3.0, led by Barcode to recreate the alliance of ACE in his own image.

However, NRL soon disbanded, as with all of the nations ingame, due to the Goons' posting of nazis and swastikas in a German server. The remnants of ACE had got together and organized the alliance, hopeful in their chance for another chance to survive. When it was first created in >BLOC 1.0, it soon became in the biggest alliance ingame at the time, due to the goons disbanding alliances. Not yet offically a part of any power sect, the NLR has yet to prove themselves.

By the 28th of June, it soon made it's return in >BLOC 3.0 by Barcode, recruiting others from the 4chan board /mlp/ and the remnants of ACE. The NRL (NLR's name as a latin acronym at the time) was created as a MLP FiM alliance in the end days of >BLOC 1.0, by the members of previous ACE.
